Subtitled:TARDIS time teams that didn't last very long.

Who else was always secretly wishing Adam Mitchell had been a good boy and stayed with the Ninth Doctor and Rose and shared in their adventures?

I think we could have had a dynamic like the one with the current team in the TARDIS, or something similiar, seeing as Rose might have actually fancied Adam in the beginning.

Not at all! Adam was only in it a short while. He worked in the underground museum for Van Statten who had the lone Dalek kept in the cage. He left with the Tardis after the Dalek committed self-sacrifice only to screw it all up in the next episode by downloading information on Satellite 5. The Doctor didn't approve and left him at his parents' house.

Yeah it was an unexpected little twist. Problem is he got kicked out for using time travel for his own personal desires, when Rose caused something similiar (saving her dad from certain death)in Father's Day. true, the Doctor was pissed and left her but came running back when he realised the Reapers were appearing and took the power from the Tardis.

You would have loved the charity skit Dimensions in Time. Short, mind, but it had all the then-living classic Doctors, with some companions and villians tossed in the mix. I did a review of it a few years ago.

Be great if they did. Get Paul McGann to reprise the Eighth Doctor onscreen or it would be a waste of oppurtunity though. Some feel he should have been given the first of the new series instead of Eccleston, but I think both have their place in fandom. McGann remains popular with his audio stories so perhaps one day...a gathering of surviving Doctors classic and new will happen across the head writer's concious brain....

I bet they (the writers) are calculating their every move, this would really work good as a special.

That's been a rumor for some time but hey who knows? Maybe...just maybe....it could work depending on which one they dust off and put back in the spotlight... DALEK-THE LONG GAME 963380

if they the do, then prob somebody from the 80s...

Eccleston and Tennant are "too fresh", others too old/dead...so there must be some in the middle. lol

Well the first 3 Doctors are deceased, and I don't know that Tom Baker would do it so yeah it would have to be someone from the 1980s (Davison, C Baker and McCoy)

They came close to a multi-Doctor special with the Time Crash charity skit, where Peter Davison's Doctor came forward in tome to meet David Tennant's Doctor, and it was set right after Last of the Time Lords, right after Martha Jones left.
