But now I'm getting where everything is comeing from like bad wolf and the whole Gwen thing and yeahhhh.. I'm just glad UKTV is starting from the very start.

Of course your ready Sammeh! Just like I was when it started over here.
You will like New Earth when you see it. It is not as bold or epic as Parting of the Ways, but it is still good!

Saw the new ep today! The weeping angels and Riversong. Its was brilliant! The first 3 were good, but this one finally took off the ground. The new Doctor... - Page 2 249251

Though I am STILL not really thrilled with Smith as Doctor, something is off. I'd rather prefer Amy.

    Anyway...hoping for the best

The new Doctor... - Page 2 910368 Its exactly how I imagined it should be, cant wait for the 2nd part.

She keeps getting better and better. I cant wait for the moment when I'll be able to say that about the Doctor though. And it looks lime everybody likes him already, and I think what the hell am I missing here!

well in my case, it is that I see each new Doctor as just another aspect of my old childhood friend. That makes it easy for me to be more accepting of the various Doctors than most.

Yeah thats a the point. The age when you start watching a show really makes a difference, the childhood ones just feel so much more special and closer.

For me it will prob. take the whole season to get used to, which is a shame.

Well, in the olden days it usually took a season for the actor playing the lead to get comfortable with it.

Were the Weeping Angels still as scary as Blink?

    It was Brilliant xD

It reminded me kinda of a swarm of bees lol, Was it supposed to be like that??

Hmm well. It wasnt much of a fuss as it was with Ten I thought. Idk I was just a tad dissapointed by how it was done. And poor Rose had no idea what the hell was going on like dude I'd be scared shitless if someone just changed in front of me.

Ha good thing you can't see me. I change all the time lol.
I never thought of the Dalek armies as bees before. Might be on to something there. They did sort of swarm over the station. And as for regeneration, obviously one used to watching the 10th Dr would feel far more emotion than the 9th as he was in it so short a time. The new Doctor... - Page 2 383958

Yeah I spoz it's not fair to judge on that LOL but I was kinda glad he's gone now. He was good but omg he annoyed me sometimes.
    It was sad.
    But not AS sad.
    You know?

What'd you think of it when you saw it?

The regeneration from 9 to 10? I thought it was too quick. Classic Doctors sometimes had more drawn out moments in their respective regenerations, and the process itself was different where at least twice you could see flashbacks to old companions and enemies. And the Dr never regenerated standing up before. Now it is generally understood that is how he does it, but at the time of Parting of the Ways, it had never been done before and was a bit of a shock.

Yeah the regeneration was reprised for a Children in Need sketch. At least 10 wad drawn out like the old days.Even had him mortally injured trying to make his way to the Tardis before collapsing.
