okay heres mines,
shes at a party...someone has one of those giant birthday cakes that people jump out of.....she suggests that she does it...jumps out but hits her head on the side...someone shouts they need a doctor....he hears this and comes back...she recognises him....he obviously knows its her...they live happily ever after.

Doctor meets Donna again by accident on Earth. She somehow helps him with some aliens stuff. And she starts to remember.... Doctor, in fear that she is close to death now, "switches her off" that is gets her unconscious and brings back to Tardis. He realises he needs her and that something has brought them together AGAIN! So he goes to paralel unniverse or past or whatever and fixes her! :D

also,
like when billie got stuck in the other universe, the doctor basically said that the other universe contains a copy of everyone so maybe the donna noble in the parralel universe will meet up with rose, and fight aliens and such with rose there, and she wont remember anything because she is a different person but with the same personality and stuff. that could happen.

Donna and Captain Jack could have a baby that grows at 30 times the normal human rate so that by the end of the episode we have a new Donna that DOES know the doctor and they go off and do Tardis things. "Tardis Things"... i like it.
